With our E-Tec the add oil light came on at 36 hours, filled up the tank and have been watching to see how fast it burns the next tank. Always have a little soot on the engine each time we come back, not sure is that's normal. My only complaint is it seems a little louder than I thought it...

In the NYTimes this morning is a tragic story about a plane crash on Lake Michigan. The photo caption mentions a police boat and helicopter looking for wreckage. Is that a C-Dory off to the side in the photo ??? It would be nice to know that a C-Dory was heading out to see if they could help. Tom
