There is a lever against the inner stern wall on the starboard side. Turn it 90 degrees counter-clockwise so you can manually move the starboard motor. Once aligned, turn the lever back.
We have heavy dive and photo gear plus a 30 gallon camera rinse tank, all of which add to the weight of fuel and fresh water onboard. We keep our Tomcat in a slip full time, so our bottom paint is 2-3" above the original bottom paint.
I'm with you there. Merry loves night diving. I can take it or leave it but would prefer to leave it. Some of our favorite dives this year were at Keystone Jetty across the sound from you. There is lots of decent diving in your neighborhood, but it requires a drysuit.
