    Good bye everone

I just want to thank everyone on this site for all the information you have given. I still think that C-Dory's are the saltiest looking boats on the water. I have purchased a used custom made aluminum fishing machine fully loaded for less than a new 22 angler so I will be moving on. Thank you...

    Cockpit Steering Station on TC255

"Wanna-be" speaking up here. I do not own a C-Dory I will make that clear for no recourse. My opinion as a fisherman and a boater (often solo) is if money is not an object what is the harm in having the second station? I get mixed results from folks on this subject all the time and I can't...

cracks, leaks, foam, and old bad work.

Quote:There are quite a few C-Dory owners on the island. I just saw a green 22 cruiser today in Nanaimo. Looked brand new. Quote:Have you had a chance to take a sea trial on a C-Dory with either a dealer or an owner? I haven't yet but I think that will be my next step. We all realize...

    New construction method?

[We love wannabe's - the more we can drag into our cult, the better. Well I guess I'll be proud to be a wannabe :) .

cracks, leaks, foam, and old bad work.

Quote: "Does it really matter what the newbies ask or worry about? " I think it does as I am about to spend about $60 g on (I was about to say one of your boats) but really it's a C-Dory not your boat Larry H. Remember just be nice! I think you should be encouraging people to buy these boats...

    New construction method?

I see alot of questioning potential buyers in this thread and I wonder why? I too am a potential buyer and I love this site. I take offence to being called a wantabe. I am an experienced boater and really like the C-Dories. I have been following many threads on this site about construction ...

    C-Dory Pro Angler 25

The 26 pilothouse just turns my crank every time I see it. I love the forward sloping windshield (very West Coast ). I saw one a couple of months ago for sale in Alaska for around 32,000 and it was gone in like 3 days.

    Shotgun Thru Canada

I would suggest following the rules on the site the other poster named. Our customs officers can be really brutal. I like the idea of just hiding it in the boat and nobody knows idea but if you get caught they will be very difficult. I know our laws are quite strict up here regarding firearms...

cracks, leaks, foam, and old bad work.

I didn't mean to fly off the handle and I understand that every boat manufacturer has some "issues" with a few boats. I heard the factory downsized and only kept the experienced boat builders. I wonder if the current boats are being built better with more quality control in mind? I was planning...

cracks, leaks, foam, and old bad work.

Wow this thread is a real eye opener!!!. I am thinking twice about purchasing one of these vessel's. I think I'll wait until I can afford a custom aluminum vessel from one of our talented shop's here in B.C. Canada. I don't have time for stress cracks and warranty work. I thought these boat's...

    Welcome to the C-Brats!

Thank you for all the replies. I have been talking to a few dealers about a loade 22 angler. I figure go all out or nothing. I would like to thank Sealion and other 22 angler owners for photos posted as this model is not as popular as the cruiser. If I decide on this vessel I'll be sure to post...

    Fishing In Canadian Waters

All I know is make sure you check out this http://www.pac.dfo-mpo.gc.ca/recfish/default_e.htm before you fish Canadian water's. Our regulations can change weekly and it is VERY important to check the regulations (I can't stress this enough) for the sake of yourself and the sport fishery in...

    Welcome to the C-Brats!

Thanks for the info colobear. I was wondering how to get a ride in a C-Dory. I might have to head down there. I'm from Nanaimo by the way.

    Vancouver Island Fungus

This thread is what made me register finally to this site. Vancouver Island is one of the most beautiful places on the planet. I have heard of certain this and that that you can get from all over the world. I can tell you now that the only thing you'll get from the West Coast of Vancouver Isand...
